Sample yoga sequences appear here and can be printed if required - more will be added in the future so be sure to revisit often.
Many of the sequences are ones I use in my classes with variations appropriate to the abilities of the students in each class. As time goes on I will expand the list and also add more detail such as muscle groups involved with each pose and other health benefits of specific poses and sequences.
Use the menu below to select the sequence you wish to view - the boxes at the top of each sequence allow you to customise the view - e.g. as a grid or list, with or without cues etc - enjoy!
