Here at Regis Therapies in Bognor Regis I provide several therapies to attend to a number of client needs whether they be to deal with unpleasant aspects of the persons life or looking to improvement for the future. Sessions can be in group classes (Yoga and Meditation), individually in person locally or by Skype.
Yoga is rapidly being recognised as a magnificent means to improve both physical and mental well-being and more and more the NHS is recommending it to patients and the public in general - anyone can do Yoga and there are potentially modifications to suit all abilities and ages.
